Brut Champagne
Non-vintage Brut Champagnes, also known as Brut Sans Année (BSA), are the embodiment of a House's style.
The selection of grapes from a rich variety of terroirs and the blending of wines from previous years, reserve wines, allow the Cellar Master to create a specific aromatic signature while ensuring consistency year after year. The term Brut refers to the low sugar dosage, around 7g per liter at Canard-Duchêne, added after aging.
At Canard-Duchêne, in keeping with the House's style, we craft Brut Champagnes known for their freshness and emphasis on fruit.
