Meet Laurent Fédou, our esteemed Chef de Caves since 2003 and the 9th to hold this prestigious role in the history of our Maison and Cynthia Fossier, who will succeed him as 10th Chef de Caves and first woman since Léonie Duchêne. Laurent brings a blend of qualitative excellence and innovative vision to our Champagnes. A master taster, he works with instinct yet holds a clear vision for the House' style : Champagnes that celebrate fruit, freshness, and aromatic harmony.
Working together on blending for the past 5 years with a team of oenological experts, Cynthia and Laurent share the same passion for blending, the richness of terroirs and aromas to precisely compose harmonious wines.
