Meet Cynthia Fossier: The 10th Cellars Master of the Maison and the First Woman Since Léonie Duchêne. After five years of collaboration and knowledge-sharing with Laurent Fédou—Canard-Duchêne’s emblematic Cellars Master for over 20 years—Cynthia Fossier now takes the helm, supported by her dedicated oenological committee. She continues the pursuit of excellence established by her predecessor, unveiling the full potential of the Champagne terroir. Cynthia brings passion and precision to the art of Champagne-making while staying true to the Maison’s distinctive style: Champagnes that celebrate fruit, freshness, and aromatic balance.
