Vintage Champagnes are crafted from a single harvest.

The decision to produce a vintage is made during the tasting of the vins clairs, when certain terroirs demonstrate a unique potential worth showcasing. These wines are then blended and cellared for an extended period, typically between 6 and 10 years. After aging, they reveal the distinct characteristics of the terroirs and the selected year, along with a beautiful complexity.
