Love is celebrated in Ludes, among the vines.
To celebrate Valentine's Day in a unique way, the House is reserving a special evening for a handful of lucky people at the Domaine de Ludes on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
On the menu? A gourmet dinner designed by a duo of talented chefs: Laurent Fédou, cellar master of the Maison, and Serge Herscher, chef of Table Kobus in Epernay.
Each dish will be accompanied by a champagne that will enhance your tête-à-tête meal. The organic Cuvée P181 will launch the tasting at 7:30 p.m. to accompany an aperitif of salmon tartare, mango and green apple. The starter will feature scallops that will be paired with a creamy risotto and a bisque with hazelnut oil, served with our Charles VII Blanc de Blancs cuvée. The Cuvée CVII Blanc de Noirs, a generous and powerful champagne that offers great maturity while maintaining a magnificent balance, will accompany a veal rump with button mushrooms and shiitakes.
Cheese lovers can enjoy Brillat Savarin accompanied by the Cuvée V 2012. And to round off the meal in style, a Fougerolles griottine tart with pistachio cream that the Charles VII Rosé cuvée will enhance. This exceptional dinner promises an unforgettable gastronomic experience, enhanced by the balance of our champagnes.

This partnership will support the Académie des César in all its activities." Already a partner of the Angoulême Francophone Film Festival, the House is thus consolidating its presence in the world of arts and culture.
